Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of King Abdulaziz Port No. (16/42/1979) and the date (25/1/1442), in which it is indicated that the contract of the first container terminal operator at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam will soon expire (International Ports Services Company IPS), Which ends on (02/13/1442) corresponding to (09/30/2020).
Accordingly, the administration of King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam calls upon all those dealing with the aforementioned operator who has financial dues from him and with regard to the work of the operating contract concluded with the operator under consideration, they must submit the documents supporting the claim to the administrative communications department in the port within a week of its date, to be referred to the aforementioned operator for study and review And whoever does not come to the port within the aforementioned period, the port disclaims its responsibility for that and without any liability for it.
